The action of these MAP Generation Pro Float Rods still allows you to cast accurately at distance with both fishing floats and pellet wagglers due to a fast taper in the lower section of the blank. MAP have used quality Sea-Guide guides on these float fishing rods which help to keep the rod lightweight in the hand but also allows your fishing line to flow freely through the guides when casting. A DPS down locking reel seat with EVA top grip allows you to use a range of fishing reels with these float fishing rods. The handle is constructed using a quality cork armlock and an EVA rear/bottom grip which offers the optimum grip when casting and playing fish. For easy transport and storage, these rods break down into 2 pieces and are supplied with a rod bag. This longer float rod is suited for medium to long ranges and is ideal for pellet waggler fishing when targeting F1s or carp up to double figures. Its action is incredible, featuring a through anti-lock action which is prefect when dealing with those big fish under the rod tip.
