This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream.
