We start with red jalapeños for classic Sriracha heat, then roast red bell peppers with a touch of char for natural sweetness and depth. Vermont maple syrup smooths the edges with mellow richness, while aged black garlic adds a savory, garlicky finish. The result is a smooth, medium-heat sauce that’s versatile yet distinctive—equally at home on pizza, eggs, noodles, or anything that needs a bold lift. Read our blog post about making this sauce and how we're using it to kick off a new line of sauces! This is a limited run hot sauce (of only 36 bottles!) that may not return after it sells out.
