A concentrate of our Maple Bourbon Brine made with dark New York maple syrup, caramelized onions, toasted cinnamon all-spice and cloves, and roasted garlic slow simmered in Finger Lakes Distilling bourbon. A dose of fresh turmeric rounds out this complex bread and butter style pickle. Add habanero to your jar for an extra kick. Each 16oz jar of concentrate makes 2 24oz jars of pickles.
