Our Maple Cream also known as Maple Butter or Maple spread. Is named as such for the creamy or butter like texture, nicely spreadable on toast, bagels, English muffins or anything else you want to sweeten up. Maple Cream is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and contains no additives. Maple Cream is nothing but pure maple syrup cooked up to a higher temperature then cooler down to about 40 degrees making it a thick taffy consistency.
