Yet another successful experiment! In 2019 we took a batch of our classic amber rum blended it with a generous measure of local maple syrup and put the entire concoction into a new ly emptied American Oak bourbon barrel from Kentucky. After several months, we found the combination to be completely delightful and thus, an entirely new rum was born - Ironworks Maple Rum. Add it to coffee or hot apple cider.
