Mapmakers Coastal Spiced Rum is twice distilled using Dunnet Bay Distillery's bespoke copper pot stills, collecting only the middle cut of the 2nd distillation for use in the Rum. This is then blended with Caribbean rum, Loch Calder water and spiced with local botanicals: lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp and Scottish sea salt. Show more
