Third issue of this scarce counterculture periodical addressing in a frank and supportive manner the facts of drug use among San Francisco youth, notable for having been published by the gay rights youth organization Vanguard, of which editor Marat was the president. Contents include an opening statement on the availability and distribution of various drugs; "Why Drugs in the Tenderloin?" discussing the reasons behind the neighborhood's high rate of drug use; a collage by Jean-Paul Marat; poems by Adrian Ravarour, Cassandra Jeign Wanderly, and Carl Ackerman; a list of various drugs, including street names, dosage units, psychological effects, etc; and an editorial about the unfair persecution of Tenderloin drug users by the police.
