The Mares Fin Inserts are a pair of comfortable, ergonomic, shaped nylon inserts for using inside Mares or other brand fin foot pockets. These are one size fits all - to make the correct size, use scissors to cut along the lines provided on the rear side of the insole. The length can be adjusted to three different sizes. These inserts help make loose fins tighter by one size, add arch support to your current fins and add stiffness to your heel area for maximum transfer of energy to the fin blade. They will improve the performance of any footpocket/blade combination. Good for using the same fins Summer and Winter with varying thickness socks. The inserts are ideal for women who have trouble finding smaller sizes of fins which fit correctly. Particularly good for improving the performance and speed of those playing underwater hokey or rugby by stiffening the footpocket sole.
