Margie was a very special lady and in tribute to her favourite pudding we have created this tasty treat which is soft and sweet on the inside and filled with sticky salted caramel. Perfect for a show stopper at a dinner party or to take home after a rough week at work! This beauty is our version of sticky date pudding with a wee twist just to keep you on your toes! A sticky date based cake with a gooey caramel sauce and dressed with walnut and banana sugar glass! PLEASE NOTE: All my cakes look different each time they are made and are decorated to high standard but not the exact same each time.
