This wine was produced by the classic technique of cutting the canes of the vine and allowing the berries to dehydrate for several weeks prior to harvest. Golden, viscous and allur ing, it shows fleshy apricot and sweet honeyed notes of a classic dessert style, while a waft of Botrytis is betrayed by an element of ginger. 155g/l RS Sam Kim from Wine Orbit says: "A terrific sweet wine, the enticing bouquet showcases lemon-curd, baked apple, mango and honey characters, leading to a concentrated palate with a creamy texture and delectable sweetness.
