Produced in an off-dry style (5g/l residual sugar), this floral scented and tautly structured wine shows classic Riesling characters of lime-dressed fruit salad and a mineral inspi red texture. It is instantly appealing but, with appropriate cellaring, it should provide excellent drinking from 2023 to 2033. Sam Kim from Wine Orbit says: "This is elegantly lifted on the nose, with notes of lemon curd, lime sorbet, ginger and subtle toasty nuances, leading to a finely flowing palate that whispers with sweetness brilliantly supported by vibrant acidity.
