This is the third time that we’ve featured a coffee from producer Marilyn Laucata, whose four-hectare farm, Finca Agua Dulce, dedicates over half of its area to the organic product ion of bourbon and caturra varieties. As with prior harvests of Marilyn’s coffee, we find a predominant flavor of wild berries in the cup as well as floral honey and a round melon-like body. Show more
