A companion booklet to interdisciplinary artist Marina Berio’s series Burn Breathe. In this body of work, Berio uses photographic negatives as stencils to create charcoal drawings of lights illuminating artists’ studios. The booklet features selected works from the series alongside excerpts from “A Worker’s Inquiry: Works of Karl Marx, 1880,” first published in La Revue Socialiste in April 1880 and translated by Curtis Price in 1997.
