Medium gold to the eyes, medium intensity of olives, breamy profile, wet stones, very mineral and sulfur-like, and a ripe golden apple that needs to be discovered behind all the pr evious descriptors. Orange peel as well. Umami. Nuts, too, and walnut wood. Woody wine. Seeds of apple, too, so quite tannic.
