Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class 038 passenger locomotive with a type 2´2´T20 tub-style tender. The locomotive looks as it did in Era IV. Highlights High quality locom otive body in bronze. Finely cast by hand and reworked. First time realization of a class 038 with 3 boiler domes and embossed inductive magnet box, and inductive magnet. Motor with a bell-shaped armature. One-time edition. Product description Model: This class 038 steam locomotive has 3 boiler domes, an embossed inductive box, and a reproduction of the inductive magnet on the right side. The locomotive body is cast in fine bronze and is processed with extensive hand work. The model has a motor with a bell-shaped armature. There are triple headlights with warm white LED lighting, fine detailing with imitations of the brakes, rail clearance devices, enlarged buffer plates, fully working, finely detailed valve gear and rods, and an extensive paint scheme. All the driving wheels are powered. Length over the buffers approximately 98 mm / 3-7/8". One-time edition of this model.
