Example: If you normally wear US 9 in sneakers → order US 8 in MARO. Fit Notes — Chelsea Boot Specific Ankle fit: Chelsea boots rely on elastic side panels for entry — the fit should feel snug at the ankle. If the ankle gap is too wide, the boot will slip at the heel. Toe box: MARO features a square, non-slim toe box. There is intentional room at the toe — this is by design, not a sizing issue. Instep & width: MARO is built on a medium-width last. If you have wide feet, you may find the fit comfortable as-is; narrow feet may feel slight movement inside the boot. Break-in period: Burnished cowhide leather will soften and conform to your foot shape after 3–5 wears. Initial tightness around the ankle is normal.
