Description The Marrs-Bar is a new variation on the traditional safety squat bar, designed to limit the axial load on the neck and back and reduce direct stress on the spine, shoulders, hips, and knees. It’s great for athletes rehabbing from an injury or dealing with limited mobility, but it’s equally effective for helping healthy lifters improve their comfort and stability, leading to greater gains and fewer injuries. Use it for hands-free back squats, front squats, lunges, good-mornings, and more. By redistributing weight like a "backpack" through the built-in harness padding, the Marrs-Bar won’t sit on or pinch the neck and cervical spine like some other bars on the market. Instead, athletes are able to load more weight and focus on their form, rather than their discomfort. Each Marrs-Bar is made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defect. The design features a 1.5” diameter solid steel bar and harness (powder coated) with chrome sleeves and a high-density memory foam harness pad.
