The Marshalltown ProSkim is a professional-grade drywall tool designed for precise skim coating and achieving a level 5 finish. It’s built for plasterers and tradespeople who need controlled, even results on walls and ceilings. Blade thickness: 0.3 mm ultra-thin blades that deliver a consistent, flat finish with easy feathering across joints. Blade material: Stainless steel (INOX) blades offering durability and a slight flex to maintain an even skim. Handle: Lightweight, non-slip ergonomic plastic handle for comfortable, secure grip and precise control. Blade length: Longer blade design that covers more area per pass, helping to streamline skim coating compared with traditional trowels. Edge protection: Edge guard included to protect the blade during transit and storage. Ceiling capability: Bracket and pole attachment enables easier work on ceilings (sold separately). Finish quality: Optimised for a level 5 finish on joints and skim coats with a smooth, uniform appearance. This ProSkim is designed to make professional plastering and drywall finishing more efficient. The combination of a longer blade, ultra-thin flexibility, and a comfortable grip helps you achieve consistent flat surfaces with less effort, while the edge guard protects the blade when not in use. For ceiling applications, pair it with the compatible bracket and pole to reach higher areas without compromising control.
