COLIN - You know my parents' story, the whole world does... but then again they don't, not really. The human world saw those photos years ago of Kevin the Koala being rescued by a firefighter during the worst firestorm the country had ever known. What they don't know is that my dad, Kevin, is a shifter and the moment my human mum and he met in 'person' that was it - true love, mated and I followed shortly after. All my life I've been unusual. Not a shifter, not a human, not really sure what I am.AMBER - I'm a freak of nature. Even the supernatural community experts can't explain me. As far as the world knows I'm just another wombat. I was rescued as a newborn by my Fae best friend and we've been together ever since. I'm not really part of the supernatural community - being the only shifter in existence who cannot shift has made me an oddity and uncomfortable in my own fur. Until I met him. WE'RE both unexplainable, oddballs who don't belong - So maybe our place is together. Except we drive each other crazy and then there's that little spark inside me that is making itself known whether I like it or not. Can we be friends?
