This cavesson features an adjustable harness leather noseband to keep your horse from opening its mouth to avoid signals. Use this training tool to encourage your horse to accept t he bit by using the adjustment on the back to fit it to your horse. A good rule of thumb is to leave a finger-width space between your horse's face and the noseband once your horse is used to the cavesson.
