Two Hydra operators, and the reason to buy the box is Sin. Sinthea Schmidt carries a Cabal leadership of her own and costs noticeably less than Red Skull does, which is what makes her interesting: a cheaper leader leaves room for a heavier roster underneath. Her leadership is chaotic by design, displacing enemies off objectives and making them drop what they are carrying. In a game decided by objectives, that is worth building around. The catch is that she is fragile for a leader. A Cabal leadership stops working the moment its leader goes down, and Sin is easy to reach, so she needs a screen and a plan for staying out of charge range. Played carelessly she is a liability rather than an engine.Viper is the safer half of the pack. Ophelia Sarkissian is durable for her cost, moves a long way, and brings a deep bag of tricks without asking anything of the models around her. She is legal in Cabal and Hydra, and Sin adds Criminal Syndicate on top, so neither miniature is locked to a single list.A good second or third box for a villain collection, and a genuinely good early one if you want to play Cabal at smaller game sizes. Follow it with the Cabal Affiliation Pack or Red Skull & Hydra Troops. Two miniatures with bases, two character stat cards, two Team Tactic cards and eight tokens.
