We've been working with this winery since 2018, probably. So when you come to The Paella Club, we start with Peralada. And after that, we go to white, which is this one. This is a hundred percent Xarel-lo from Penedes. And it goes phenomenal with seafood paella. Nice and crispy. We've been serving this wine since 2018 and we're planning on keeping it. Show more
