We developed this high-pH masa specifically for chefs and high-volume restaurants. Made in Mexico from just two ingredients — non-GMO corn and alkaline water — Masa Taquera boasts a traditional, nixtamal-forward flavor that calls to mind fresh tortillas from a tortillería. NOTE: This is a case of 10 retail bags. Will ship separately from pallet orders.
