Mask black clay with a black glaze 17cm h x 16 cm w , height on plinth 42 cm Pottery for me is an extension of my art: working with faces which encompasses my experience of paintin g portraiture and background as a make-up artist. The masks are formed from one block of clay, massaged, kneaded and sculpted into shape. The heads are either unglazed and twice fired or finished with a matte glaze, giving a more primal natural aesthetic. They look great displayed inside on a side table/shelf or outside as a feature in your garden. Show more
