TAK is a specially formulated adhesion promoter developed to offer the professional a product that is user friendly with the application of carpet mask and velour adhesion. TAK cre ates a removable coating that allows the adhesive on the back of carpet mask to create a stronger bond with carpet that removes itself when carpet mask is removed. Directions: Shake well. Hold can 8-12" from carpet to be sprayed and keep can moving to achieve a light, even coat of TAK. TAK is not a permanent adhesive; it only allows a temporary barrier to allow carpet film to bond to carpet surface. Allow TAK to dry to a tack and bond. Do NOT apply to wet carpet. Make sure carpets are free from dirt and silicone. Not recommended for unsupported vinyl fabric. Combinations of high temperature and humidity can promote bond failure. Show more
