Gut Oggau is a relatively new project that began in 2007 but carries the legacy of a winery dating back to the 17th century in Burgenland, Austria. Founded by Stephanie and Eduard, the estate blends her culinary expertise from her family's Michelin-starred restaurant with his winemaking heritage in Styria. The couple revived the abandoned vineyards, untouched for 20 years, and began biodynamic farming with no traces of chemicals in the soil.
