Followed by a 35 min foot reflexology session.. Pregnancy Massage; A one hour full body massage with strokes and in positions safe for the baby and comfortable for our mothers. This massage is for those in their 2nd trimester or further, with a doctor's approval. Bamboo Massage; This massage is done with heated bamboo sticks. With deep slow pressure and the heat of the steamed bamboo, this massage is a treat. Hot Stone Massage; 60 minute service This massage is warm and relaxing. Hot stones used along the whole body. Along with slow long flowing massage strokes to calm your body and ease your mind. Swedish Massage; This massage is a combination of the relaxing and whimsical strokes of a Swedish massage with medium pressured therapeutic modalities to help relieve noticeable tense areas. 60, 90, or 120 mins Table Stretching; Assisted full body stretching on the massage table. Can be added to a massage for 30 mins addition or be a singular 45 minute service.
