Creating the illusion of a heavy block of stone with une xpectedly light materials, this piece, designed by Piero Gilardi, embraces Gufram's “true-false” ethos. The creation process involving significant labor involves meticulous rough-hewing and layering of paint, achieving a unique and seductive texture and luster, amplified by Gufram's Guflac® coating.
