Structural Planning: Full design for Outdoor Kitchens, Retaining Walls, Decks, and Patio Covers. Standard Engineering: Design and planning for structures covered under existing County Standard Plans. This payment constitutes a formal legal signature and serves as a Notice to Proceed with the site engineering and design phase. Scope Exclusions: This fee covers design and conceptual site engineering only. City or County permit submittal fees, specialized structural engineering calculations (PE stamped), and land surveyor fees are not included and will be billed separately as required by the municipality.
