Rite Farm Products Master quail and bird processing and butcher knife kit. Everything you will need to process a bird other than a scalder and plucker. Kit includes a stainless-ste el dispatcher with mounting screws, a 3 1/4 inch semi flexible butcher knife, a poultry scissors, an organ & lung cavity serrated scraping spoon, a hemostat forceps, & a knife sharpener. All items are made from quality food grade stainless steel and or carbon steel and are made to last. If you have a large processing party be sure to add some additional sets of knives (separate listing) to this kit so everyone in your party has a set of knives, the other tools just one is typically needed per party.
