The chef will give you helpful hints and tips on selecting ingredients and perfecting the extra touches to impress your guests. Christmas cooking can be overwhelming for everyone involved and this class will try to focus on the starters and the ham with a demonstration of a Classic Turkey. Traditionally we all serve a soup and a starter of prawns and salmon.
