Once installed the lid secures with a single catch which can be locked with a padlock if required and incorporates a seal to achieve an IP54 (dust protected and splash proof) rating. This box can be placed on the ground in a location not subject to flooding or mounted on a wall and is supplied with a 1 year guarantee.
