Handcrafted in Fukui, Japan by Masunaga Optical — founded in 1905 and one of the oldest continuously operating eyewear makers in the world. Every frame is shaped, polished, and fin ished by artisans who train for years before their work leaves the workshop. From the 光輝 (Koki) archive — Masunaga's historical catalogue, reissued from period drawings and tooling that shaped Japanese eyewear through the twentieth century.
