Aromas of rosehip, tangerine, bitters, pink pepper. Palate is of blood orange, watermelon, cranberry juice, tart and dry. There is a chalky dryness coming from the calcareous, lime stone rich soils that personify the maritime influence of McLaren Vale with hints of sea spray and a crisp saline length.
