From the cult-followed Domaine Matassa,Tom Lubbe's 2023 Blanc is deeply reflective of his unique approach to wine making. Coming from his biodynamic vineyards in the schist-rich sl opes of Roussillon, this Grenache Blanc tastes sun-soaked. It has a strong emphasis on purity of fruit.
