Sold by the ounce Description Matcha is a high quality green tea made from the young, nutrient rich tips of the camelia sinensis plant leaves. The leaves are then dried and stone ground into a fine powder. 1 cup of matcha has 5x's more antioxidants than any other food and has 15x's more than blueberries and pomegranates!
