Iced Matcha Blueberry Latte: Recipe by Kathleen Phipps Servings: 1 Ingredients: 8 oz. milk (or dairy alternative) 1 tbsp Matcha Blueberry Tea Powder 2 1/2 tbsp blueberry sauce (recipe below) Directions: Add the matcha powder to 4 oz of the milk to a small bowl or glass measuring cup. Whisk until well combined. In a separate bowl add the remaining milk and 1/2 tbsp blueberry sauce, whisking until combined. Add the remaining 2 tbsp blueberry sauce to the bottom of a 14 oz glass. Fill with ice, then add the blueberry milk, followed by the matcha milk poured over for a layered effect. Enjoy! Blueberry Sauce: Makes approximately 1 cup of sauce Ingredients: 2 cups (fresh or frozen) blueberries 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Squeeze of lemon Directions: Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 2–3 minutes until the blueberries begin to burst. Remove from the heat and let cool. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
