Ingredients For the crust 3 cups crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (approx. 20–22 cookies) 3 Tbsp butter, unsalted For the cheesecake 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp matcha green tea powder ⅔ cup granulated sugar 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature) 2 eggs (room temperature) Preparation For the crust: Crumble 20-22 crème-filled chocolate cookies in a food processor until finely chopped. Place butter in a small microwaveable bowl and place it into the oven. Turn dial to AUTO PROGRAM #8 - BUTTER, press to confirm. Turn dial to set weight to 2 oz. Press Start.
