To help partners like Tea Rebellion obtain high-quality organic matcha, Naturalitea has struck a partnership with a local organic matcha producer from the same popular growing area in Fujieda. This fellow organic farmer has his garden in the same local mountains of Fujieda and makes matcha from 100% Yabukita cultivar tea leaves. The matcha leaves are harvested in mid-May after three weeks of shading. Ingredients Matcha Brewing instructions: Add about 2oz of about 80 C water to 1-2 tsp of powder to a cup or bowl.
