All our matcha are made of tea leaves grown in full sun, unshaded, without removing any of their stems and veins. This results in an extremely bitter tea when mixed purely with water; however, when combined with whole milk or creamy oat milk, they are possibly the most flavorful & delicious tea lattes you will taste! Our farmers chose to create these full-sun matcha because of the intensity of the resulting flavor and nutrients.
