This belt is all about subtle sophistication with a twist. I’ve always loved how this Matcha Green python-effect leather feels to the touch—somewhere between suede and nappa—with a softness that surprises every time. The fresh, almost botanical tone is flecked with gold metallic highlights, giving it a gentle shimmer that makes it ideal for summer styling but equally able to lift darker autumn palettes. To frame the leather without overpowering it, I chose our tubular interlocking C buckle in soft burnished brass. The rounded, sculptural shape of the buckle has an airy lightness and creates a perfect window through which the texture and colour of the leather shine.
