Mizuho (瑞穂) is a reserve grade, first harvest matcha crafted from the Okumidori cultivar across Kyushu's finest growing areas — Kagoshima, Ureshino, Sonogi, and Yame.The powder is fine and lustrous with a deep jade green color. A nutty aroma leads into rich umami that unfolds slowly into rounded natural sweetness, with virtually no bitterness.
