The Okumidori variety is prized for its deep, vivid colour, naturally sweet flavour, and smooth finish with none of the bitterness found in lower grades. Knowing exactly where our matcha comes from, and who grows it, is something we'll never compromise on. How to use: Sift 1-2 scoops into your bowl or cup. Add a small amount of hot water at around 70-80°C, not boiling. Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy, then top with steamed milk or more water to taste.
