Yields: Approximately 18-24 cookies Prep time: 15 minutes Chill time: 30 minutes (recommended) Bake time: 10-12 minutes per batch Ingredients: 1 stick (1/2 cup or 113g) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup packed light brown sugar 3 tablespoons granulated white sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 large eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour ¾ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons S&V Strawberry Matcha powder ½ cup white chocolate chips Instructions: Whisk wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until well combined and smooth. Incorporate flavor: Whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. until evenly distributed.
