Then soak them in hot/boiling water to make prongs stretch out. (Once stretched out, they won’t curl back again.) Fill a bowl with hot/boiling water and soak whisk’s prongs for 60 secs to make the prongs flexible and prevent from braking. Rinse the whisk and gently shake off the remaining water. Leave it to air dry. Do not store it in its original plastic container. It might cause mould on the whisk. Should mould occurs, place your chasen in boiling water. Do not wash the whisk with soap.
