Matisse Designers Yellow is a bright and zesty transparent colour, ideal for subtractive mixing with other Matisse Designer pigments, Cyan and Magenta. Modelled on ‘process yellow’ , a colour used widely in design and printing practices, this bold Arylide-based hue will breathe life into any painting and enhance the vibrancy of layered CMYK printing techniques. Process yellow is often interchangeably referred to as ‘canary yellow’, for its likeness to the bright plumage of an average canary bird.
