Matiz's saffron (Matiz Azafrán) is cultivated in the La Mancha region in Spain and is famed for its deep red-gold hue, pungent aroma and uniquely floral flavor. Produced for over 3 50 years by a family company, its honey-like complexity is both savory and sweet. Each stage of gathering and processing the saffron is completed by hand by experts.
