The Matrox® Monarch EDGE E 8 is a multi-channel broadcast H.264 contribution encoder capable of transporting 4:2:2 10-bit video at resolutions up to 3840x2160 at 60 fps. This low-power appliance with a compact half-width 1RU footprint is equally suited as a 4K web-contribution encoder or as a remote-feed encoder for remote integration (REMI) applications. Using it for HD inputs, it enables remote feeds for in-house production for multi-camera events with broadcast delivery, as well as, remote feeds for cloud-based production for multi-camera events with cloud-based distribution.
