A matt finishing top gel enriched with different sized speckles that will not change the colour underneath. To achieve a nice "splashed" effect we recommend one coat and for a dens er effect two coats. Suitable for all Gel systems Non cleansing (No sticky layer) Soakable Flexible Cures under a lamp to a matt finish but can be made shiny with an additional coat of Extra Top shine gel.
